Do I have to pay during the 14-day trial?
No. We don't charge until day 15. Cancel any time in the first two weeks and you owe nothing — not even setup. Setup is free regardless of whether you stay.
What if my staff isn't tech-savvy?
The system is built for people who run a Viber chat, not engineers. Floor managers learn it in 30 minutes. Servers don't need training — they just open tabs the same way they always have, just on Outriva.
Can I keep my existing POS?
Yes. Outriva integrates with most existing POS systems (Square, Toast, custom). But our POS is included for free, and most pilot venues end up consolidating onto it within 2 months.
How does promoter commission tracking work in practice?
Each promoter gets a unique link/QR. Guests they bring are attributed forever. Outriva tracks every peso of guest spend (bottles, tables, cover, food) and calculates commission live. You approve payouts in one click — they go out automatically via GCash/BPI/BDO.
Does it work for multi-venue groups?
Yes — Group plan covers unlimited venues under one corporate account. You get cross-venue P&L, consolidated promoter network, and one login that switches between venues. Perfect for groups like Tan Hospitality (5 venues running on Outriva today).
What about offline / no internet on the floor?
POS works offline and syncs when connection returns. Floor map and reservations need internet but degrade gracefully — managers see the last cached state if the wifi drops. Most venues run on backup LTE for redundancy.
Will my guest data be sold or shared?
Never. Your guest data is yours. Outriva is the processor, you are the controller (per RA 10173). Aggregate, anonymized data may be used to improve the platform — never identifiable data, never sold to third parties.
What happens if I want to cancel after 6 months?
Cancel anytime on Starter/Growth (month-to-month). Group plans have a 6-month minimum. Either way you keep all your data — we export a full historical archive (reservations, guests, promoter history, financials) in CSV format, no lock-in.
